How to check whether your Land/Layout is DTCP Approved or not ?
Are you looking to purchase a DTCP Land from a Venture ? And Do you want to know whether the layout is DTCP approved or not ? Then the below things may help you :
- Get Layout Plan from the Real Estate Company that you are purchasing land. The Layout plan should contain :
i) Survey No.'s
ii) CONFIRMED L.P NO - Go to DTCP (Directorate of Town and Country Planning ) office located at : 640, Opp PTI Building, AC Guards, Hyderabad, Telangana 500004. Click here for map.
- Get into 2nd Floor of the building.
- Approach the staff over there and give Survey No.'s and L.P No.'s to them. They will check in the register and confirm you. If need they can give the same information printed on a paper. For this they don't charge anything.
